Drop In Care

Drop in care will be offered at an hourly rate. Drop In Care is offered to children ages 1-12.

Drop In Care must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Drop in care hours are as follows:

  • Mon-Thur: 6am-11pm

  • Friday: 6am-7pm

  • Saturday: 5pm-11pm

  • Sunday: 8am-9pm

Late night drop in care is available via appointment. Appointments must be scheduled a week in advance.

Late night Drop In Hours:

  • Saturday: Up Until 2am

Afterschool

The Inspiring Minds Afterschool package includes tutoring, homework help, project assistance + materials (basic project materials provided, extra expenses must be covered by parent), teacher-tutor communication, school pick up, and afternoon snack. Afterschool is offered to grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.

Afterschool Times: Monday- Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm

Any pickups past 6:40pm will be subject to the hourly drop in care rate.

Enrichment Learning Day Camps

Enrichment days are held on scheduled school holidays, teacher workdays, remote learning days, and school breaks. Students aged 3- 12 are accepted. Enrichment Day activities will be theme based and released prior to upcoming school releases. Enrichment days will be held Monday - Friday from 7am- 5:30pm. Students are required to bring a peanut free and reusable water bottle. Breakfast and Snack are provided.

All students must be potty trained.

Any pickups past 5:40pm will be subject to the hourly drop in care rate.

Summer Camp

The Inspiring Minds Science Based Summer Camp will begin on 06/16/2025 and end on 08/15/2025. It will consist of tutoring based on end of year assessments, weekly field trips, daily fun science experiments, Wednesday career planning days, Themed Learning Thursdays, Field Trip Fridays, and more! Summer Camp will be held Monday-Friday from  7am-5:30pm. Children ages 5-12 are accepted. Breakfast and Snack are provided. Participants must bring a peanut free lunch and a reusable water bottle.

Each child must attend at least six weeks out of the Inspiring Minds Summer Camp.


All camp participants will receive an Inspiring Minds Summer Camp shirt and a drawstring book bag.

All participants must be potty trained.

Any pickups past 5:40pm will be subject to the hourly drop in care rate.

Preschool Preparation/ Enhancement

Private Tutoring

Private Tutoring is offered for all students in grades Kindergarten through Twelfth.

Here at Inspiring Minds Afterschool and Drop In Care, we offer a few different private tutoring packages. 

Each tutoring session is two hours.

The packages are as follows: 

Once a week:

  • This package is recommended for students who need focused assistance with a specific subject, upcoming exam, or challenging concept. It's perfect for short-term support and targeted improvement.

Twice a week:

  • This package is ideal for students seeking consistent support throughout the academic year. It focuses on building a solid understanding of core concepts, improving study habits, and tackling challenging assignments. This is the most recommended package as it provides the most consistent support and yields the best long-term results.

Custom:

  • This package is designed for students who need a quick and intensive review of material before an exam or require immediate help with a challenging assignment.

All packages include:

  • Initial Consultation: A free 30-minute consultation to discuss the student's needs, learning style, and goals. This allows us to create a personalized learning plan that works best for them.

  • Progress Reports: Regular updates on the student's progress and areas for improvement.

Our mission is to allow the students of the local communities a safe space to thrive, grow, and learn. We seek to offer a place for afterschool tutoring care, hourly childcare, summer camp, and enrichment learning days for children ages one to twelve.

We intend to bring together families and children of the community by offering learning and care service outside of school hours. Our goal is to nurture young minds through creativity and curiosity in a safe, secure, and loving environment.

Drop In Care

  • Complete online registration form or walk in to center location for in person assistance

  • Enter center at designated timeframe and complete remaining paperwork

  • Half of expected hourly rate is due at drop off. Remaining balance will be due at pickup.

One Time Registration Fee: $50

1 Child: $175/week

2 Children: $275/week

3 Children: $370/week

Summer Camp

Our Prices are $180/week/child or a monthly price of $650/month/child. 

There are registration fees. 

The Inspiring Minds Summer Camp Registration Fee is $180 per child.

If you wish to enroll more than two children in the Inspiring Minds Summer Camp, each child after the second will be half off. 

For example: 

1st Child: $180/week or $650/month 

2nd Child: $180/week or $650/month 

3rd Child: $90/week or $325/month 

Enrichment Days

Registration Fee: $25 per camp

1 Child: $180 per week or $45 a day

2 Children: $280 per week or $60 a day
